Return and Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 3 days after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at lollipopmysore@gmail.com. We’ll share the return address and instructions.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when you receive it. If you find any damage or you received the wrong item, email us immediately. We’ll fix it for you.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Sale items: (We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.)

Exchanges

If you want a different item, please return the original first. After the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

After we approve your return, we’ll initiate the refund within 2 to 3 business working days. Once processed, the refund will take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
In total, refunds take about 5 to 9 business working days after approval.
